Snoozin' during the ice stormy weather

What better to do than cozy up amongst pillows, blankies, and toys on an ice stormy kinda afternoon.

Your eyes do not deceive you, Lady Flame is voluntarily sharing the sofa with Toby! Of course, this was during a severe thunderstorm while Lady was experiencing anxiety bordering on panic, but still--there she is!

First Play Date with Dennis

Lady Flame & Toby meet Dennis! 

Hey Shannon and Billy, the end of the conversation was that Dennis will probably make a great 4th "sorta half-sib" as he is vocal and ready to rumble! So, we'll have to have a play date soon with the big guy (and when Trouble is healed and ready to play again;-)

Wahoooo! Today, we got to have our first play date with the newest member of the Bowdoin Greyhounds. Dennis was adopted by Veronica on March 9th. 

He is 3-1/2 years old (having been born on August 8, 2012), and is one handsome dark brindle dude!

Drew fell instantly in love with the new pup.

And, Toby actually got along with Dennis as well!

Hey Dennis, lets go dig in the sand pit! Yahoo!!!

Of course, Lady Flame became instant buddies with Dennis when she showed him what the sand pit was for! Veronica was none too pleased with Flame;-)

Bettina said, "Ho Hum...what's all the fuss about? I need some lovin'!"

But even Bettina couldn't resist socializing with all the pups.

Then, Lady Flame and Dennis got the zoomies and did a bit of running.

And, finally it was time to go home and snooze away the rest of the afternoon. Thank you, Veronica, for allowing us to spend some quality time with you, Dennis and Bettina on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon.
